In order to provide you with an all-inclusive quote we will need to meet with you to show you our beautiful venue and to discuss your requirements.

The next step will be to arrange a viewing during which we will show you the venue, answer all your questions and discuss your specific requirement, following which we will be able to send you a detailed quote. You need to set 60 to 90 minutes aside when you come through for a viewing. To arrange a viewing, you can simply reply to this email with an indication of when you would be available (we normally do viewings on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays). We will then reply with a proposed time and as soon as you confirm we will send you a WhatsApp (remember to include your cell number when you reply) confirming the date and time of your viewing as well as a location pin.

We offer the following facilities at Kuungana (all included as part of your special day)

• A beautiful chapel that can seat up to 200 guests.
• Reception hall with separate bar that can host up to 200 banquet guests.
• A private boma with private bar that can host up to 200 guests until the early hours of the morning. Our standard package included a cash bar up to 02h00.
• Craft beer & gin on tap in the main venue & boma bar as well as in Kupika restaurant by our in-house craft brewer Legends Brewery.
• Beautifully manicured gardens combined with natural bushveld.
• 12 Cottages & 8 double rooms sleeping between 40 to 48 guests at Kuungana Bush Lodge, as well as additional accommodation within the conservancy for a further 34 guests. In total we can accommodate up 82 guests within the conservancy and a further 50 within a 2 km radius.
